Beautiful oval pin of flowers with ornate gold trim.  Famous for beautiful porcelain plates, the Schumann factory used this marking of "Schumann Bavaria" was used from 1910 - 1920.  Embellished with white hand painted touches, the multi-colored flowers are on a rosey to coral colored background.  The pin is set in what appears to be a plaster plug set inside the porcelain after firing.  In excellent condition with no chips or scratches, it measures 2" by 1 1/2".
