Grand 1940's silver vermeil flower earrings are made of sterling silver with a marvelous sapphire colored cone shaped cabochon stone that is bezel set in a dog-toothed setting.  There are five individual layers of petals that measure 1 1/4" in diameter on these screw back earrings that are unmarked with the exception of the word "sterling" imprinted on the tip of the screw
