Mexican Silver and Crushed Turquoise Ring
Simple, bold and modern in appearance is this classic crushed turquoise and silver man's ring.
The simple square face wraps around the sides displaying a sleek profile. The inside of the band is marked "MEXICO 925
JPC" although I have not been able to identify the maker's initials. Oddly, there appears to be a faint stamping of the
Mexican eagle on the outside of the band, that, although worn, appears to be the Eagle #3 mark. The eagle stamp
alone dates this ring to somewhere between 1948 and 1980. Judging from the style, it is likley to have come from the
1960's to 1970's time period. The face measures 1/2" long by 9/16" wide. It is a size 9 to 9 1/2.
