Wow!  This is a vintage treat that will have everyone talking!  These earrings are made of a real woven basket filled with tiny pastel fake fruit that brings to mind the great old movies of Carmen Miranda, the Brizilian Bombshell who danced to our delight while wearing a headdress filled with fruit.  The fruit basket has a tiny banana and some mangoes in two tones.  There are also plastic textured yellow, pink and blue fruits dangling from a little mango that is mounted on a screw-back finding. The fruit basket measures about 1" across the top, the whole length of the earring is 1 5/8".  This piece is circa 1940's and is in excellent condition.
