DOMESTIC PAYMENTS...

 

Payment for domestic orders will be accepted via the following:

 

  • Paypal or Credit Card via the “Shopping Cart”, telephone or email 
  • Money Order
  • Personal Check

PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD:  You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay via credit card.  Simply follow the directions through the “Shopping Cart”.  All credit card processing, either by email or via the “Shopping Cart” is done through PayPal, a secure internet service, so we will never see your credit card account number.  The "Shopping Cart" is the best value for shoppers that do not wish to purchase insurance.  You pay only the cost of the item because shipping is FREE!  For insuring items, see the "E-Mail" instructions.

 

PHONE:  If you wish to phone in your credit card order, please call Foxfire Vintage Jewelry at (609) 658-2128.  Please do not leave your information on the answering machine.  If no one is available to take your order, please leave your name, phone number and the item number you wish to purchase.  I will return your call to finish the transaction with you.

 

EMAIL:  You may also email your order via fox.fire@verizon.net.  Please include

  • Your name 
  • The item # that you wish to purchase
  • Your telephone number in case of any questions, and
  • Your shipping address
  • State if you wish to insure your purchase

Do not include any credit card information.  I will respond to you by sending you an email invoice with a link that will complete the transaction between you and the Paypal service.  Foxfire will never see your credit card information.  You will be sent a confirming email from PayPal when your payment has been accepted.   Please remember, only Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.  You may use email for purchases with or without insurance.

 

MONEY ORDERS or PERSONAL CHECKS:  Domestic money oders and personal checks will be accepted.  Please send an email with your name, address, item number and discription of the jewelry you wish to purchase and insurance option (YES insurance or NO insurance) to fox.fire@verizon.net .  I will reply to your email with your final cost and further instructions for mailing your check or money order.  Please allow 2 banking days from the time your check or money order is recieved for your payment to be confirmed by the bank before merchandise will be shipped.

 

New Jersey residents must add 7% sales tax to the cost of item.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS...

 

Payment for international orders will be accepted via PayPal or credit card only.  This will be done through an email invoice only.  International customers should not use the Shopping Cart.  You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay via credit card.  Simply send an email to fox.fire@verizon.net with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your shipping address and telephone number
  • The item number you wish to purchase

After your email request has been recieved, shipping charges will be calculated.  You will then recieve an email invoice from Foxfire with a link to Paypal for processing your payment.  Foxfire will never see your credit card or Paypal information.  You will recieve a confirmation of your payment from the PayPal service.  After your payment has been confirmed, your items will be shipped.  We accept credit card payment from Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

We do not accept personal checks or money orders from outside the United States.  No international telephone orders will be accepted.

Privacy Policy...

 

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.  Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates and billing addresses are used only to bill and ship your order.  We promise never to use your information for any other purpose, or share your information with any person or service.

Shipping Policy...
 
ALL DOMESTIC orders will be shipped FREE of charge via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
 
INTERNATIONAL orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Global Priority Mail, a cost-effective service that sends packages to 51 different countries.  Insurance will be added to the shipping costs for all international orders.  Unfortunately, no tracking service is available for USPS Global Priority Mail.

Returns...
Foxfire really wants you to be happy with your purchase!  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order and recieve a refund with no questions asked, but only if the item is undamaged.  You must first email Foxfire Vintage Jewelry at fox.fire@verizon.net within 24 hours of reciept of purchase to notify us of your intention to return.  We will give you mailing instructions at that time.  Upon our reciept of the items, your money will be refunded. 
If you have purchased insurance and your goods have been damaged in the shipping process, you must first notify Foxfire at fox.fire@verizon.net  of your intention to return within 24 hours of your receipt of the purchase.  You will then recieve an email with return instructions.  Once the item has been recieved by us, a refund will be arranged. 
For both damaged and undamaged returns, only the cost of the item is eligible for refund.  Your shipping costs to return the item are not refundable.
